These Subscription Terms are between you ("you" or "your") and Zenith Software LLC, a Missouri limited liability company doing business as BYGG ("BYGG," "we," "our," or "us").
What you're buying
BYGG — $24.99 per month
Individualized training programs, session-by-session delivery, automatic weekly progression from what you log, progress tracking, and general nutrition targets.
The offer, in plain terms
Your free trial
Seven (7) days, free.
A valid payment method is required to start. You will not be charged during the trial. You have full access for the entire seven days.
What happens on day 8
YOUR SUBSCRIPTION STARTS AUTOMATICALLY AND YOUR CARD WILL BE CHARGED $24.99.
We will email you at least three (3) days before your trial ends. That email will tell you the date the trial expires, the amount you will be charged, and how to cancel.
After that
YOUR SUBSCRIPTION RENEWS AUTOMATICALLY EVERY MONTH AT $24.99 UNTIL YOU CANCEL.
You'll be charged on the same day each month. We'll email you a receipt each time, and every receipt includes instructions for cancelling.
Reminders we send you
- Before your trial converts — at least three days ahead, as described above.
- A receipt every month — with the amount charged and how to cancel.
- Once a year — a reminder that your subscription is continuing, the current price, and a link to cancel.
Cancelling
You can cancel at any time. There is no notice period.
- In the App — Settings, then Manage subscription. Cancel there directly.
- By email — support@byggfitness.app.
Cancel during the trial and you'll never be charged. You keep access until the trial ends.
Cancel after that and you keep access until the end of the month you've paid for. You won't be charged again.
We will send you a confirmation once your cancellation is processed.
Refunds
Subscription fees are non-refundable. We don't offer refunds or partial credits for unused time, and cancelling mid-month doesn't produce a refund — but your access continues to the end of the term you paid for.
The one exception is a price increase, described below.
Price changes
If we change the price, we'll email you at least thirty (30) days beforehand. The email will state the new price, the date it takes effect, and how to cancel.
You may cancel at any time before the new price takes effect and you will never be charged it.
If you are charged an increased price and you did not want it, you may cancel within fourteen (14) days of that first increased charge and we will refund it on a prorated basis.
Required disclosure
AUTOMATIC RENEWAL NOTICE
- The subscription continues automatically until you cancel.
- You will be charged $24.99 every month.
- The first charge occurs on the eighth day after you start your free trial.
- Charges continue monthly on the same calendar day.
- You may cancel at any time through your account settings or by emailing support@byggfitness.app. No advance notice is required.
- Cancelling stops future charges. It does not refund charges already made.
Promotional offers
We sometimes offer extended trials or promotional pricing to friends, early testers, and partners.
- Promotional terms are stated when the offer is made.
- Codes are not transferable and have no cash value.
- Unless the offer says otherwise, the same automatic-renewal terms apply when the promotional period ends — your card is charged $24.99 monthly until you cancel.
- If a promotional or discounted period lasts longer than seven days, we will email you before it ends, telling you the date, the price you'll be charged after, and how to cancel.
- We may withdraw or change an offer any time before it's redeemed.
Payment
Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. We never receive or store your full card number. Your use of Stripe is subject to Stripe's own terms and privacy policy.
If a payment fails, we may retry it and may suspend your access until it succeeds.
Prices are in U.S. dollars and exclude any applicable sales tax, which will be added where required.
When you subscribe, we email you a confirmation setting out what you bought, the price, the renewal schedule, and how to cancel. Keep it — it's your record of these terms.
What you're not buying
Payment doesn't change what the App is:
- It's software, not a coach. Nobody reviews your program.
- It isn't medical, physical-therapy, or dietetic care.
- We don't guarantee any result.
The Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy, and the Assumption of Risk, Waiver and Release of Liability apply to your use of the App whether you're on a trial or a paid subscription.
